• The cover seals onto a neoprene ‘O’ ring set into the flange of the base. Spread a little grease to establish initial vacuum.
• Comes with a PP plate to support crucibles, Petri dishes etc, a removable pan for holding a drying agent, and vacuum release tap / non-return valve assembly.
• The stopper in this assembly is specially grooved to allow air to be re-admitted very slowly to avoid disturbing the contents.
